Conservation & Heritage

My vision was to adapt St Johns Pro-Cathedral, the oldest Roman Catholic Church in WA, built in 1846, into a co-working Teacher's Club. The intrinsic historical and religious elements were preserved and integrated to appreciate and remember its cultural heritage significance. Six key spaces were created being a Piazza, a History Square, a Conference Area, a Library, a Mezzanine and a Yarning Nook. These spaces were designed with the theme of synthesis, to help generate positive educational innovation and engagement.
